The Efford Greenspace Action Plan

The Efford Green Space Action Plan has been developed by Groundwork Devon and Cornwall who have been working in Partnership with local residents and Plymouth City Council to develop a vision for Efford's green spaces, parks, play areas and open spaces to bring them upto standard and in line with what local people, young people and children want.
