Arts program The arts program has completed another successful phase. Following on from the start of the use of arts in Efford in 2006 artist Jayne Murray returned to deliver arts activities and develop a long-term program within the community. Check it out on the Youth page link
A C.A.P.E.R (Cultural Accomplishments in Plymouth - an extravagant relay) award was given posthumously to Jack Sorrell and received on his behalf by Kath Hancock and Michael Bridgwater of the hecp arts action group. This award stems from art activities in 2006 which formed the 'Jack Sorrell Research Foundation read about him on our new website effordtakeapart.
